Winter. (Ukrainian Shroud) (Art series "Sacrum")

The painting is part of a famous cycle of works dedicated to sacred themes and the reinterpretation of the image of the Shroud of Turin. The artist skillfully recreated the texture of the original ancient canvas and the ghostly imprint of the human figure, creating the effect of the image "transmitting" through time. This artwork is characteristic of Kutnyak's style, which combines academic skill and modern conceptual searches.
